If you know what you're looking for, you can use our efficient Search feature, always located at the top of each page of our site. Search by artist, album, and game or movie title or keywords. It doesn't matter which part of the site you are in - you can search all the categories from the search box at the top.

The search works on keywords, so simply type in the name of the item you are looking for and hit the "Go" button. From there, simply click on your choice to view it further.

You can search for entire phrases - like band names - and the search will give you all the items associated with that band. Just make sure that you separate each word of their name with a space.

For example, to search for Britney Spears, you can type in "Britney", "Spears", "Britney Spears" or "Spears,Britney" The last one will give you the most accurate results - the results for the others will also include Britney Fox and Billie Joe Spears.

Should your search query produce no results, check that you have spelt everything correctly. Otherwise, try simplifying your search as much as possible, by using only the artist's surname, for example. 

If you cannot find what you are looking for, you can ask for a title, simply by clicking the 'Ask for it" banner or go to 'Contact us" under 'Info' on the navigation bar, and we will try find the product for you.

In order for you to purchase from this site and for us to serve you better, you need to create your unique Look & Listen Online Customer Profile. You can do this by selecting the "New Account" link in the top right hand corner of the website. This information is vital for our customer service department to be able to contact you if there are any problems with your order, or if there is anything we could be doing better for you.

This is easier than you think, and you will be prompted and helped through the entire process.

Inside South Africa
Look & Listen Online, in conjunction with Internet Express Courier Service, has negotiated a special door-to-door delivery deal so that you get your purchase speedily and cost-effectively, from R29.00 ex VAT (major centre to major centre) for the first 2kg of product that you order. For bundle purchases over 2kg will you be advised during the checkout process of courier costs accordingly.

Please note that the delivery charge is calculated based on the total dimensions (length, breadth, height and weight) of the parcel you will be receiving; and is further affected by the proximity of the delivery address to a major centre.

All available shipping options and charges will be displayed in your Shopping Basket before you complete your purchase.

Delivery between major centres or within the Gauteng are may take between 24 - 48 hours, and outside Gauteng or to smaller centres, may take between 24 - 72 hours, dependant on stock availability.


Outside South Africa:
For the time being, we are able to process online orders and deliveries for South Africa only.

Should you wish to place an order from abroad, you will be required to arrange your own courier for collection and delivery. Choosing the in-store collection option when checking out from your purchase, you can arrange with our online store staff to package the product in anticipation of your courier coming to collect.

We guarantee your satisfaction with all Look & Listen Online merchandise. You may return any faulty or damaged item within 30 days of delivery for a replacement of the title you bought - provided we are notified within 48 hours of you receiving the goods.

To return an item, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number for each product that you would like to return.
Please mail our customer service department to have an RMA number issued for your return. Write your RMA number on the box you use to ship your return, include your packaging slip (or a copy of it) and wrap the item securely.
For your protection, we recommend that you insure the package.

If you receive a product that was damaged in shipping, please email us at online@lookandlisten.co.za. Please include your order number in all correspondence.

Please note that customer orders and requests on certain titles may take between 1 week and 3 months to finalise, based on availability of the item.

Once you have registered, an each time you login, your details will be validated, and allow you to shop without concern of fraud or incomplete transactions.

When asking for a product via the website, you will also be requested to enter a validation code, just to ensure your security.
