30 day unconditional guarantee on faulty products

We guarantee your satisfaction with all Look & Listen Online merchandise. You may return any faulty or damaged item within 30 days of delivery for a replacement of the title you bought - provided we are notified within 48 hours of you receiving the goods.

To return an item, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number for each product that you would like to return.

Please mail our customer service department to have an RMA number issued for your return. Write your RMA number on the box you use to ship your return, include your packaging slip (or a copy of it) and wrap the item securely.

For your protection, we recommend that you insure the package.If you receive a product that was damaged in shipping, please email us at online@lookandlisten.co.za. Please include your order number (found on the packing slip).
