Payment Options

Look & Listen online offers a variety of payment methods for your convenience. The subtotal for all your purchases as displayed in your shopping bag includes VAT. A breakdown of your order including delivery charges will appear on the right hand side of the checkout page under "My Orders".

If you need assistance with the checkout process or more detail on any payment methods, please call 011 4673717 and one of the online consultants will be able to go through the process step by step.

Payment can be made using the following methods:

Credit Card, Wallet, EFT, eBucks, Discovery Miles, Vouchers / Gift Card, PayU Wallet

Ordering and paying for items is easy:

Search for the product(s) you like and add the item(s) to your bag.

When you are done shopping, view your Shopping bag to view the product(s) you have selected. You can at this point remove items and continue shopping or go straight to checkout.

The Checkout process consists of 3 main steps:

  1. Order details
    at this step you will be required to enter your payment method and delivery details. You have the option to enter gift vouchers if you wish. On the right hand side is a summary of your order including delivery fees. This is the total that you will be billed.
  2. Order Confirmation
    here you are able to view and confirm the item(s) you are about to purchase. Make sure you have read the terms & conditions and click on the check box to continue.
  3. Payment method
    depending on what payment method you have selected, the relevant payment process will show on the screen.  You are able to change payment method at this point by clicking on the "change payment method" button.
    Please follow the prompts to finalise payment.
    lookandlisten.co.za is 3D secure and if you are making payment by credit card, your bank may require you to enter a 3D secure pin. If you don't have, or have lost your pin details please contact your bank.

Payment Methods:

Credit Card:

The site accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, VISA and Discovery.
Please note the site is 3D secure and your bank may require you to enter a 3D secure pin. The site will automatically redirect you to your banks 3D secure page in order to enter this pin.

Wallet:

The Look & Listen wallet allows you to purchase anything on our site - quickly and securely. It is a convenient way of making online purchases on the Look & Listen website without having to fill in your payment details each time you want to buy something!

Topping up your wallet
To purchase using your wallet, you must be registered and logged in and have funds in your wallet. To do that, you must own a credit card (Look & Listen will soon allow top ups via vouchers and Mimoney too). If you don't have a credit card, someone in your family who does have one can top up your wallet on your behalf.

How to top up your wallet

  • Click on the "Top up wallet" link at the top of the website.
  • You will be asked to enter a top up value amount as well as to enter your credit card information into our secure environment and click "Process Transaction".
  • Your wallet value will then reflect the amount you just topped up with. Refer to the top right of the screen to see how much money is in your wallet.

You can top up your wallet at any time with the following amounts:
Minimum top up value is R50 and the maximum top up value is R5000.

How to make an online purchase using your wallet

  • Once you have topped up your wallet, search the site for the products you would like to purchase and add them to your shopping bag.
  • Once you are in your shopping bag, click on "checkout". This will take you to the payment method page.
  • From the Payment method drop down, select "Wallet"
  • Follow the prompts as per normal checkout procedure.

You can view your transaction history at any time by clicking on "Wallet" at the top of the website and then the "View transactions" button.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

Should you select EFT as a payment option, a mail with our banking details will be emailed to you. Your order will not be processed until the relevant funds appear in our bank account.

Please use the following reference: ONLINE and your ORDER NUMBER. e.g. ONLINE33
EFT payments not made within 5 working days will result in your order being cancelled.

eBucks

In order to use eBucks on www.lookandlisten.co.za, you need to complete the order details step and the order confirmation step. On step 3, eBucks payment, instructions will show on the screen explaining the eBucks payment process. You will be required to click on the"Pay with eBucks" button in order to be taken to the eBucks portal where your payment will be processed.

Discovery Miles

In order to use Discovery Miles on www.lookandlisten.co.za, you need to complete the order details step and the order confirmation step. On step 3 you will be redirected to the PayU page where follow the steps to complete your transaction. Once this is complete, you will be redirected back to the Look & Listen website.

Gift Vouchers

There are 2 types of gift vouchers that you can purchase on www.lookandlisten.co.za:

1. ONLINE GIFT VOUCHERS - these are electronic 'virtual' gift vouchers that may be purchased online, and may only be used at the Look and Listen online store. For your security, these online vouchers are encoded, and when purchasing online, your account will simply be credited for the amount of your purchase, until you login again, and use the remainder of the online voucher value. These vouchers can also be "gifted" and the voucher code delivered to that special person.

2. STORE GIFT CARDS - these are physical 'real-world' store gift cards that can be loaded with any amount in Rands and may be used in-store and online. Once purchased, you will receive the gift voucher via our courier, or you can have it delivered to that special person. To use online, enter the card number at the back of the card into the gift card field.
